Horrific Images! Jasper Burned to the Ground!
Photographs and video captured within the Jasper townsite demonstrate the complete damage and destruction brought about by wildfires in western Alberta. Entire neighbourhoods are burned to the ground. Such horrific images and videos captured could only be seen by Hollywood catastrophe movies, just this is reality! Local fire department as well as Woodlands County shared images of the destruction on Facebook, including burning rubble mounds.
With tears in her eyes, Premier of Alberta Danielle Smith saids during press conference that 30-50% of historic Jasper town is completely devastated.
